RKG Institute and CA Parag Gupta
RKG Institute was founded in 2009 with the blessings of Late Sh. Ram Krishan Gupta. The aim was simple: help commerce students understand concepts instead of memorising them.
CA Parag Gupta completed his B.Com (Hons) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, and cleared CA in his first attempt. He then worked as a Credit Manager in ICICI Bank's Capital Markets Division. The practical finance he saw at the bank shows in his classes today: the business logic behind every entry.
In 2011 he started free commerce lectures on YouTube, when very few teachers were doing so. Today the CA Parag Gupta channel has over 5.7 lakh subscribers and more than 11.4 crore views. The CA Parag Gupta 2.0 channel serves CA Foundation and Inter students.
